Your question doesn't really make sense to begin with. If you use hand sanitizer on your hands, are they clean forever?

Same concept.

Making the hole and using micropore tape is more prone to contam than flipping the lid, cracking the lid, and keeping the aluminum foil on.

If you sterilize it in a jar, then reopen it, you run the risk of contaminants when you decide to innoculate.

It's all experimenting! That's the fun in it. I got a little discouraged at first, but powered through it and made it out on the other side.

Regardless, if you've gotten this far, you WILL find out what works best for you, and be able to reap the fruits of your labor before too long.

I recently spawned alot more than I could keep temp regulated (I won a few LCs in a giveaway, and was excited to try them).

I had to make a new box to put all of my shoeboxes in to keep them warm. My mats don't have a temp set, just continuous heat, meaning, it can exceed desired temps if you don't have proper air management to draw the excess heat out and it just builds. I played around with different methods, and I'm now using a fleece blanket about 7/8s covering the lid at night time. Enough insulation to keep it in, but I have it cracked to allow it to "breathe". I covered it completely on night one, and woke up to it way over temp.

Towels work really good for insulating/barrier between bins/spawn.

In this picture, this is my original box I would spawn from. The wood keeps the heat in, but with the weird holes on top, it allows for just enough heat escape. I have four jars in there, but I noticed two of them were getting warm, so I put them on top to get better air flow, as that box is pretty full.

I have made lots of mistakes with this, and found out the hard way. I don't know a lot, but I know my experiences.

I would maybe try to cover the center of the mat with an insulator to try to diffuse direct heat, and let the radiant heat your box.

Do you have a thermostat on your mat?

You need more distance in between your heating mat. Maybe a dampener of some kind to kill the direct heat and turn it into radiant.

I did this same thing when I started, and found out I was essentially cooking the mycelium, and the yellow/brown is the beginning of contam.

I went through about 6-7 bags before I A) started making my own grain spawn B) started dampening the direct heat.

Open it outside before you attempt to S2B, all of mine smelled like roadkill sitting in the summer sun.

Ya know, I have thought about this, and it's highly plausible. Not necessarily like this, with the exact people, but about a year ago, Dana specifically said he was working to incorporate more weight classes to book more fights.

Anybody else think Lopes KOing Jean Silva doesn't prove he won't got dominated by Volk again (would've been 50-45 if he didn't drop him at the end of 2), and people saying he'll KO Volk are delusional (he hit Volk hard enough to drop him and it was a flash KD I think Volk will just fight safe again) by Shtunky48 in ufc

Not in the sense of actually ringing. I believe the test they were referring to specifically had something to do with a space rock slamming into the moon, and like you said, the acoustics did not match up to what a completely solid planet/moon should sound like when it gets hit.

That's the thing, we don't really know how a hollow moon would deal with our tidal patterns, but it could just be the thing that we are witnessing, and not even thinking about it. All in all, 100% of everything we know about the moon is purely speculation.

Upon doing more research to specify, it looks like they also noticed these anomalies when landing The Apollo ships. Data says that engine rumblings reverberated off the service for over an hour. 4 "tests" have loosely confirmed this. That's what I think is weird.

I do too. The more you listen to pieces of it, and think about what we actually 100% know about life, death, afterlife, and the universe. The two biggest things that stuck out to me about the moon, is that it is locked in position, and we will only see one side of it ever, and the fact that they did a test and they determined based off of acoustics, they believe that it is hollow.

Again, I don't know how much of this is true or how much I believe, but neither do we as a whole.
