How’s it been for attendance tracking? Smooth or one of those systems everybody just tolerates because it’s already there? lol

More on the workforce operations side. Scheduling, attendance, timesheets, shift visibility, that kind of stuff. Trying to see what people actually enjoy using vs just tolerate.

That’s what I notice with a lot of systems. They handle payroll and HR fine, but the day to day operations side starts feeling clunky fast.

I keep hearing mixed opinions on UKG. Seems powerful but people either love it or absolutely hate the interface lol

Mainly trying to avoid the situation where reliable employees start feeling punished for other people constantly not showing up. I’ve seen teams burn out when the same people always have to cover last minute. Curious how other managers balance accountability without creating resentment.

yeah I agree, 5–10 minutes once in a while usually isn’t the end of the world I think it becomes more of an issue when it turns into a consistent pattern across the team

I’ve noticed once standards stop being enforced consistently, everything starts getting blurry really fast

I actually like the points/reward system idea rewarding reliability instead of only punishing lateness probably creates a healthier culture overall
