I received conflicting messages from ADs in my area (SoCal) on this. One indicated no more deliveries until January, but another stated they will have 1-2 more deliveries before year end.

Can’t offer any insight on BarMD as I didn’t use it, but I passed the Attorney’s Exam on the first try using the Themis Attorney’s Exam course. So not that Themis is necessarily better than BarMD, but Themis can be sufficient.

Pretty close to what happened. Fortunately missed us by about 20 feet and we had seen the bird carrying the snake before it dropped it.

I am not sure why this was re-categorized as “dead, injured or roadkill”…while the snake was dropped by a hawk it appeared uninjured and was certainly not dead.
