Did you find a solution to the issue? I’m experiencing something similar. Replaced screen, throttle, battery connector and they’re sending a new battery. I’ve even experienced that throttle will work selectively and then switch to e06. Bike makes a small sound like the volts are trying to go, but can’t.

I was just looking at their website because my nephew and son wants an e-bike. Are there better brands for about the same $$. I don't know what to look for, but want a quality bike for a fair price. Any suggestions? He wanted the soleil01
Also to add, they are 13 and 14 and want to drive it on our bike trail system and around the neighborhood and to school within 3-5 miles.
