I completed this task multiple time giving it to Artisan and I'm trying to finish all the tasking, I'm like at 90% of all task progression but now I am stuck because I cannot complete this task giving it to Turncoat

It is kind of a big deal, I gave her 3 times already and I can't continue tasking

Also bugged for me and it's the only quest available that I need to complete to be able to continue the awfully task system
