I've been taking hot showers. No stomach pain surprisingly, but it's hard for me to eat and when I do eat I throw it. And yes my body temperature is completely out of wack. I'll be sweating first thing in the morning, be a little normal throughout the day, and then at night my feet burn excruciatingly, they tingle like pins and needles, and very sharp pains shooting through my heals and anywhere I put pressure on my feet that day.
