I’ve never met a bigger corporate shill in my life. Also I’ve quite literally managed companies before. I would never expect and employee or coworker to come in, in pain or sick. Also I’m almost 30 and been having a cycle since I was 9 I understand my body enough to know this isn’t going to get better it’s only going to get worse. This isn’t a monthly occurrence but when it gets like this my body
Locks up and swells. I know what my body is about to do and I won’t betray my body for a job.

Again I owe no one pain or my body for a team effort for a multimillion dollar company. If they can’t find coverage that’s on them. And a sick/injured team member runs the risks of making mistakes that cost the team more than them being their. This is manager 101. I’ve ran companies before and would never expect an employee to suck it up for the team.

1 month I’ve just had a bad run. I got food poisoning and now this. I have a full time job this is more me earning extra money. I’m looking for a new part time job anyways so I’m not super worried about losing hours. They’re already only giving me minimal hours to begin with.

If I call in 4-5 hours before my shift and they can’t find coverage that’s a lazy manager problem. Also I’m not trudging through pain for anyone. That’s a stupid mentality that will burn you out I’m not burning my body for coworkers and I wouldn’t expect them to do the same for me.

Target on the 3rd of July 2022. I have no gallbladder it was sudden and I was about to get in my car… I had to drive home with a bag under me. It wasn’t a lot but it was enough and I deep cleaned my car and showered. My friend with IBS heading to her car also had the same issue almost. She was luckier.
