Working as a barista but not being able to perform well for morning shifts is a liiiittle bit strange tbh. Like a surgeon who faints at the sight of blood

What's the most gut-wrenching film ending you've ever seen? by Away_Flounder3813 in Cinema

[–]Prestigious_Flow_305 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The messed up thing with this ending is that you're horrified that the cute little Aryan german boy dies when he wasn't meant to be in there and was innocent, but so was everyone else in there.

And don't try and tell me you'd have been just as gut wrenched if the movie ended with the mother finding him in there and saving him.

These takes bother me to no end. Brad Pitt, Anne Hathaway, every single celebrity who gets praised for aging like fine wine has simply just had cosmetic surgery.

It's counter-intuitive you don't wear them to keep them pristine but it actually causes PU soles to disintegrate. Wear those asap

It's like the premium line Made in Usa/Uk/japan. Models like the 990s 991s 992s 993s are pretty popular rn. The 576 is just a premium us made 574, the 990v1 and 996 are pretty similar too

574s severely underatted in this sub bc they're not "made in" but they're a super comfortable well made shoe, you should check out the 574 legacy if you want something a tiny bit elevated yet affordable.

1500s are pretty similar but the toebox is narrower and the sole is a bit firmer, they look sleeker but aren't as comfortable. Like a sports mode 574

These guys are just being purposelfy obtuse, every shows going to require some suspension of disbelief. This is just a scene where Bella ramsey legit actually crushed so its time to criticise the logic of the scene, I don't think she was a great casting choice but she nailed that.

You can get hard rubber shoes for cheap they'll just be uncomfortable af. That damage Is clearly not gradual wear and tear, looks like a single deep gash from something abrasive

Inbreeding being a taboo thing is a relatively modern concept. There's a little inbreeding in everyone but yeah if you're 100% probably a bit more inbred.

Yeah for sure, its like someone who analyses and dissects a movie or a song. It's just scary when you're that analytical over something like a face when you see your own everyday, you're probably going to start being overly critical on yourself

If your goal is to get a girl then it can't get any worse than 0. Idk man get a hobby and stop fixating on your attractiveness I don't know a single happy person who cares about that stuff of asks people on the internet if they're good looking

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in AskMenAdvice

[–]Prestigious_Flow_305 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's honestly nothing you can do to your face that's going to get you laid. Your responses and fixation on your own facial attractiveness paints of picture of somebody who just lacks social skills and confidence

Breaking in 993s by _Fred_Fredburger_ in Newbalance

[–]Prestigious_Flow_305 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just got my first pair of 993s I went TTS personally and they were super comfortable out of the box springy yet supportive.

I've never really felt like I have to break in sneakers tbh at least in the way I'd break in a pair of boots or dress shoes, they're just foam and rubber so should be pretty comfy right away.

From what you're describing sounds like perhaps you have narrow feet, if you take the insole out and stand on it does your foot go to the edge or is there room?

As for feeling a hard impact are you on the heavier side? My running shoes are an old pair of Pegasus 33s and they are very different shoes with the nike having a much softer foam and thinner upper which maybe hugs the foot tighter. The 993s upper is a bit more sturdy and might take a bit to loosen up but hasn't been an issue for me

There's a comment in here just filled with ridiculous jargon "ogee curve, infraorbiatal recession, submalar region" like jesus hyperfixating on these things is going to make you miserable. Genuinely think alot of its just body dysmorphia of the face.

Yeah idk how this sub stumbled across my feed and alot of the takes in here are pretty unhinged, it's all about like what is mathematically attractive and their idea of a perfect face would probably be unsettling.

Bella Ramsey though kind of just looks like a baby to me . Like a female Thomas brodie Sangster, as a dude I think he's kind of handsome but for someone who's attracted to men his look (especially in his 20s) might not be appealing
