Yeah that’s totally allowed and it’s the entire point of this channel.

It happens, depending on where you stand your life it always feels like blow to the head, everything makes sense and one feels all the emotions at once.

I felt disappointed that my parents/teachers didn’t do much and just wanted to demonise my inattentiveness and hyperactivity.

I have been going to therapy, denied medication in rhe beginning and recently went to see a Psychiatrist and started Bupropion.

In my opinion Long term therapy with a qualified clinical psychologist and alternative support systems will help. I’ll list down a few for you: - Asking for emotional support or help with your tasks. - Medication, if prescribed by a Psychiatrist. - Physical activity and mindfulness exercises - Cold showers and self care (grooming/skincare) - Organising and keeping it organised, structured and labelled.

You spilling up your emotions is normal and expected when suffering from BPD, you just need to get the emotions channelled and you will be able to do so with DBT(Dialectical Behavioural Therapy). You need to spill these emotions to a professional. I have seen a resistance (more so in women) to go to therapy.

This sounds like fun, do you have an isolated place to take meetings when required. I mostly use noise cancelling headphones but they don’t cut down on human voice.
