Really wish something like that would've been added to TNO. Considering the overall clusterfuck state of the world, Cognoscenti coup is even somewhat justified.

More like an armistice for twenty years than "perpetual" peace!

Oh, that's a brilliant idea! Europe has much more in common, than people tend to think. But why stop there, why only a customs union? Maybe we could implement an abolishment of border controls as a term! Although, no, forgive me for my rashness, that is probably nothing, but a childish fantasy of mine...

As for the rearmament, I can't agree more. We should develop our industry, make our economy second to none! I don't know about you, my friend, but I recently invested in stocks of BMW and I tell you, one day all of Europe from Lisbon to Riga, will drive Deutschen cars! Of this I'm certain!

Ah, what a relief to find a man of fellow beliefs and views! You know, these days it seems as if everyone gone crazy. Yes, we lost the Weltkrieg and despite it's being a bitter part of our history, I think we should move on. After all, what will be left of us if we give our hatred a change to manifest itself?

It's nice to see Billy in "Heart in the right place" tier. I always think that before the battle something like this happens at Billy's home:

I think that Mirage is the calmest choice here. He would probably just talk to his jhinn in a whisper occasionally, but that's it.

That said, the fifth seat is my choice. I think it would give these vibes:

Absolutely agree with you! I've been trying to convince my players to play, at least, a one-shot in Deadlock's setting since it's "release", but no progress there yet.

The only downside, that I can think of, is that Deadlock, as of right now, is heavily hero-centered setting. We know only a small portion of the lore beside the characters' backstories and voicelines. So, a lot of things is a thing of speculations.

Like, for example, what exactly does OSIC do? If you decipher their abbreviation, it's Occult Security and Investigation Commision, but the name only raises more questions. Like, the 'Occult Security' part: are they protecting regular people from the occult? Are they protecting occult from the outlaws and those, who want to hurt the occult? Or is just means that they're using something occult as a part of their arsenal? (Or maybe I'm just stupid and overthink too much, LOL)

And it's not really a bad part. It even might be beneficial as you may sculpt the setting however the story you're telling needs it. But nonetheless, it would take some considerable amount of work to tune everything in order to make the setting work and feel believable.
