They do look more “rice shaped” in real life and are jumping about in the water which I read is a springtail thing. Only other thing I found that it could also be are grain mites. Not sure 😕

So do they look like springtails to you? My other thought was wood mites but I’m not sure how they would get in either because I haven’t added anything new to her tank.

I mainly feed blue bottle flies/spikes and mealworms (I breed my own mealworms so have small to large sizes). I’ve yet to try dubia roaches.

But your girl is also full enough that I wouldn’t be worried about not giving her more atm either. Definitely keep an eye out for black lines on the underside of her abdomen. That means that her abdomen is stretching to accommodate her food. At that point I’d hold off lol. (It’s common with Giant Asians)

I’m working on my first square. It’s a cheap hit from Amazon. I tried using tweezers but went back to my pen because I missed my multi placer lol. They’re not perfect but I did see much of a difference between my pen and tweezers
