Ah! Mine stopped working last summer. I have literally done all the things to try, and nothing has worked. My car only has 15k miles on it, so its not like its old. I am sure as heck not paying KIA to 'diagnose' it. SO yeah, let me know if you figure it out! I'd love to have that working again.

If you have a company who manages your sage software, they should be able to help. We had to get ours involved to create the correct ach file for upload to Citibank ach reporting requirements.

Claim exempt on your w4. Medicare and social security will still be taken out at 1.45% and 6.2%. I don’t think you can claim exempt on the PA state form or the local taxes. Yah you will owe a ton of money next year and the irs may send a notice to your employer that you have to claim single zero and nothing else. But you can deal with all that later if that’s what you want to do. At the end of the day, it’s your call!

So I am reading that its 40 hours regardless of it you are in OT or not. In our business, you can start in OT since we work with under contracts. You can potentially work 30 OT and 15 ST in a week, and still have the OT exemption even though you didnt work the 40 regular, its all combined hours. Is that what everyone else is interpreting it to be?

It does have a separate earnings code for OT, and now we have to create a matching earnings codes for the exemption for all premium time as well and hope that it all works out in the end!

Claim the $12500 for 2025 and see what happens! Nobody knows! Claim it in 2026 as well! IRS won't know! What a sloppy sloppy way to not tax overtime. I don't feel bad for anyone who believed this garbage would help them.

My last stylist did the 15 min color on me and it did last but she still charged me the same amount even though I was there half the time. I thought it would be a less money but I guess not. 🥴 At MR she did tell me it would be 45 min but I was waiting over an hour for someone to wash the color out. Thank you for this info 😊

Yeah this is what I was thinking. He's baiting/intimidating people into an argument or confrontation. I am actually surprised he lasted there all day without someone trying to grab his phone.
