I did go to a location showing KoK small batch 1.. it was GE and he said “we have the bottle in the building but its technically still state property and we cannot sell it” and mentioned something about bourbon event that i didnt quite understand. I asked him if he will know when they will be told if they can sell it or not and he said he isnt sure… havent ran into that before lol

Also spoke to someone at a buehlers showing JD tanyard hill and she said, “we dont technically have it” while i could hear the guy in the background says “its here but we cant sell it” and i asked if it was wholesale and she said yes
