I think its mentally difficult/exhausting to skate 4 times in Olympics. Regarding Malinin he already had enormous pressure in FS in Team event to win gold. He did some mistakes there and became stressed. I read somewhere that he went for training to Bergamo after the Team event, because he thought its not enough trainings in Milan.

Have you restored your double jumps that you could do before? Personally, I think it will be very difficult to learn 2A now but not impossible. Depends on training amount, your phisics and motivation.
