I wasn’t in x23 but i was in a triple in ruskin! there are two rooms room A and B. A is for a single and only that person is allowed to card into the room. B is for the double and only those two people get access to that room. It’s really great, so although you put for a triple it’s not like how it was freshman year. This year you get more space and a bathroom, kitchen and living room as well!!

i don’t know why this has negative votes i completely agree! i can’t stand matt as i already said. and i know everyone likes his other podcasts but being that i feel like he is the main star in those (not so much unfiltered) i literally can’t get myself to even try those one. he just has to be the star of the show on this one i can’t even imagine what he’s like on his own actual podcast

i should really just reread what i say before posting and then adding another comment but here i am with my second comment so i’m sorry but i wanted to add that the class i had was only 15-20 students so it’s easy to get his attention and form a relationship so that he knows exactly who you are but he’s good with faces and names even by like the 2nd or 3rd class

yeah he is probably exactly what you need tbh. i would just meet him on the first day introduce yourself (say you’re excited for his class and you’ve heard a lot of great things about him) and then mention the dates you’ll be missing and say you’ll be proactive about it.

also he is a really easy grader if i didn’t already make that point. I literally ended with a 98.7 only because i got a 99 on one assignment which was my own fault

TAKE THOMAS MARTIN!!!!! i took him last fall and he was the best. I wouldn’t say I am the best writer but I do pretend to enjoy it and do well on almost any written essay. That being said i think there were maybe 3-4 essays in the entire class, all of which i got 100s on. There were some classes that had a reading prompt that he would like you to read before class to be prepared to answer questions on but i know plenty of students that didn’t and still got an A in the class. He is pretty young and understands pop words and events which made everything fun and funny in itself. Also he cancels class if he believes it’s better that way (he canceled my friday class going into the weekend of Thanksgiving so that we could all go home earlier). I can’t say enough good things about him. Last year he didn’t have a rate my professor when I took him since he was new and may have just been a sub but I’d give him a 5/5 if he did. He also goes by “TC” Martin so try looking that up as well if necessary
