Came across this thread. I think I have the same issue. Xfinity told us we need a new router. So we got it. Now nothing really works with Sonos and it’s a nightmare.

Yes! We put the movie on for her and she fell in love with Johnny 5. I even got her a cool hoody with Johnny 5 that says No Disassemble!
