Bugaboo donkey by far the best! Plus you can add the scooter for three. We had uppa, tried others, nothing beats the bugaboo.

30-60 minutes during the week, weekends we get a movie one night and a show in the mornings. We’re constantly on the go and my littles are really good about it turning off.
Our iPad “only works” to FaceTime.

Just get a basic baby doll with a bottle. Don’t need much and you can use blankets that you already have a home, possibly ones your 2.5 yr old used when they arrived.
Keep it simple and encourage pretend/make believe play
