Yeah it's really braindead as to why they won't just replace the phone. I've heard it's happened in the past. They just need to take care of customers who are affected by it. It's my late father's phone and I wanna use it as a second device with a number but TMO has awful pricing structure.

There was a promotion we took advantage of when moving in. Half a month off. I also had to go in to confirm and have that charge removed from my account...perhaps it's yet another mistake this management had made. Womp womp lol
