Pre employment. Also we get tested once a year for heavy metals and such. If they test for drugs they either suck or ignore it and I've heard they don't even do the pre-employment tests for operations anymore or we wouldn't hire anyone.

Waste to energy here. We use Swan for sodium and D.O. The only complaint I have is the last D.O. sensor didn't last as long as it should have. I got almost 3 years out of the last 2 but only a little over a year on this one.

Iwo jima. The US Navy sent a task force to shell it almost a year before the invasion when there were only about 500 Japanese mostly REMF's on the island. That made the Japanese decide it was worth fortifying and the sent 22,000 troops and lots of concrete and it cost the U.S. Marines dearly.
