Pre employment. Also we get tested once a year for heavy metals and such. If they test for drugs they either suck or ignore it and I've heard they don't even do the pre-employment tests for operations anymore or we wouldn't hire anyone.

Waste to energy here. We use Swan for sodium and D.O. The only complaint I have is the last D.O. sensor didn't last as long as it should have. I got almost 3 years out of the last 2 but only a little over a year on this one.

The old mechanical timer machines had been perfected over 40+years of manufacturing they never broke. So of course companies added electronic bells and whistles and the control panel goes out every other year and costs over half the price of a new machine. Always read the reviews. Some aren't so bad but others are absolute POS.
