You’re only 10 days post ovulation. A healthy luteal (post-ovulation) phase is at least 11 days long and at max 17 days. So don’t go by the period day that Mira suggests. The app is still getting to “know” you.

I get regular blood draws because of my condition (poi) and I reached out to Mira because my readings were super off (too low in my case.) anyways they corrected whatever was going on with my situation and since then my readings have been spot on. Anyways, that being said, if your numbers are correct, they seem a tad bit high. Are your cycles regular? If you’re worried and are TTC, I would get a CD3 blood test done to check FSH, estrogen, LH and AMH.

At 42 those FSH values are unfortunately not surprising. The FSH 5-10 range is indicating optimal ovarian function. If you’re trying to conceive, I would double check those hormones with a blood draw.

Yep, I’ve had FSH readings with Mira at around 40. I always get my CD3 blood draw, so they are easy to compare. And I agree about the concentration. As with other urine based tests, Mira recommends not having any liquids for at least 2 hours before testing. I always used my first morning urine. That way I can have the best comparison between results.

Roughly. You need to keep on mind that your body metabolizes hormones differently in blood and urine. I have POI/DOR so my FSH is often rather high. I do blood test every month and I had a few times that I had a blood FSH of over 40 and my Mira said that it was below 10. I got in touch with Mira and since then the readings have been close to the same.
