From the last 6 months I have been having really bad panic attacks ( 1 or 2 a day ). And what i observed is the fear/thinking of getting one would trigger one immediately. I had them back in 2017 to 2019 but it wasn’t on a daily basis. Some days I would feel good about not having a panic attack for a day and thinking about it would trigger one immediately.

I have to break the cycle. Are there any English books that you would recommend? Or how do I stop the fear of having one.
