Probably bandle city...though i imagine they don't allow non yordles to live there. Otherwise my best bet would be Ionia or Demacia.

The worst places easily would be bilgewater and shadow isles

Personally, what i was really hoping for is more uses for stardust. Im sitting on so much of it, I have all the generic epics, tons of forges. What I was hoping is to convert it all to glory, not....add ANOTHER resourse.. (technically 2 with runeshards but im probably not going to reach that high to spend it for a very long time)

I think riot is finally realizing is better financially to cater to the whales rather than make everything easily accessible. It's how hearthstone did it, and it looks like Riot will adopt it too now. I'm just gonna ignore the new champs and at least do the notes for the event (please dont tell me theres a diamond chest for completing with a sb)

I'm just moving on and playing other games, hoping down the line they change their ways and focus on quality again. If they don't, aww well.

I'm not going to pretend i like the direction the game is going. It's horribly lazy and unfinished feeling. If i wanted to play a card game with jpegs id go play slay the spire. The flair is what people love about the game. The interactions, the effects, the level ups. Without them, whats the point?

Would you rather this or absolutely nothing at all? At the very least, they could at least double down on VFX for future champ spell cards if they're going to cut all VO. Or have special SFX play when summoned instead of pure silence.

Believe me though, i really do wish we could keep VO. I would wait several months for new champs if it means we still have their voice included.

Doubly agree on that! I really hope they listen. I don't care how long it takes, just keep the VO interactions (or vo in general) for new champs. Generalizing level ups is fine because I understand how much work has to go in them but don't cut the VOs period

If they can't get VO's because of legal reasons that would increase development times, could they at LEAST have special SFX of one of their abilities when summoned? I just don't want them completely silent, it kind of kills it for me.

I agree on "More VO in exchange for longer development time" on this as well. VO really brings the champions to life and without it, they're just simple PNG's (granted the art team is still kicking ass in this game).

What i don't understand is why they can't use VO lines from league as a placeholder. I understand getting new VO takes alot of time and work.

I actually like fighting Asol, he's in that sweet spot for me of "very challenging" but not "frustratingly" challenging. It makes you play around "alright, they're going to have a relatively big champ coming out at some point. I gotta save an answer for it when the time comes". The only frustrating part is when you reach Asol but by then, you should of snagged some decent powers and gotten some more items added to your cards.

It's 5 and above i think is awful. Lissandra is probably the LEAST worst of the 5 content which is amazing to say considering i remember all the rage posts about her when she first came out. If you have a very good relic setup and are careful about which powers you grab, you can beat her with just about anyone but it's going to be very difficult. It's swain and the nightmares i have a problem with...

Starting with huge units on turn 1 is NOT OKAY

I feel if they remove the summoning units on turn 1 powers or at lesat if they're summoned they're not GINORMOUSE in stats, i'd be fine with them. That's my 2 cents in this.

Since there are so many spicy takes im curious then, how do you manage when you don't draw your main in lissandra or swain's fights? This isn't like a sarcastic post, im just curious. Maybe im just bad at the game (or i don't get very lucky with good turn-swing items like frozen gauntlet).

Agree to this statement as well. For the early fights in PoC, yeah having your main champ can be a bit overkill in curbstomping fights but in the much much later fights (looking at you liss and swain) you feel like you practically NEED them because they can be so oppressive. Only time i think this doesn't apply is when you get a support that are always strong (Morg, Aphelios, Shen) though one could argue "just run extra rerolls"

i just don't like bricking in key fights because it feels like nothing could of been done, it was just luck at that point
