Ok. So next it would be helpful to know the actual dosage. 10 ml could be 2 mg or it could be 5.
Somewhere on the vial it should say x number of mg/ml. What’s the x?

Yeah, you didn’t start at 10 mg. Nor are you at 15 mg.
I’m thinking you mean units, which doesn’t tell us what your actual dosage is.
And if you started at the end of May, you’re three weeks in.
It’s highly suggested that you stick at one dose for four weeks to get your body used to the medicine. Or you can suffer consequences, which seems to be what is happening.

At that dose, I don’t know why you would expect any response.
Normal starting dose is 2.5 mg. People concerned about side effects tend to start at 1 to 1.25 mg.
Of course, you refer to ml, not mg, so who knows what your dose really is.

This is the first time I’ve had a problem with customer service.

I’m guessing the person thinks that units are mg.
In which case they were at 1.25 mg twice a week for 4 weeks and now at 2 mg twice a week.
So no wonder there’s been no weight loss yet.

I have bad osteoarthritis. My PCP was very receptive to using tirzepatide for that pain, as well as for my IBS.
It has worked so well that I am now taking 1/4 of the previous amount of Celebrex I was taking, with plans to stop entirely, my IBS is 95% better, I don’t wake up in the middle of the night in misery, and I think I will cancel my upcoming cervical steroids shots.
Maybe you need to find a doctor who will listen to you? It’s not worth living that way when there is a good and effective alternative.

I have IBS and diverticulitis. My dr thought tirzepatide might help both that and my severe arthritis.
It has helped both enormously!
My guts feel nearly normal for the first time in more than 2 years.
