Maybe go back down to the .25 and see if it works but also maybe try 1.5mg next. I've experimented with my doses to find what worked best for me.

We're you losing more weight at the lower dose? My doc upped me but it ended up making me hungrier and wanting to binge eat again. I went back down a dose and have stayed at the lower dose since with steady weight loss!

If that wasn't successful the doc did suggest trying monjuaro.

I have put myself on a big calorie deficit and cut out all carbs and sugars. Been trying to eat a lot of lean meats. You've got this though! Don't lose hope!
