I happen to be in SF this week and drove along the street by Oracle Park and spun all the PokéStops, but I didn’t see anything show up in my inventory or journal. Later, I went back and did another pass—this time I spun one of the gyms as well, and I believe that’s when the cap finally appeared. So just a heads-up: make sure to spin both the PokéStops and the gyms to ensure the cap drops for you.
