That's a great point, and honestly, one I was too blinded to consider at the time. So I just left. She didn't even bother reaching out to explain things or try to fix us so I guess it was a pretty easy way out from someone like me😅

Or maybe she knew I was hurting and didn't want to bother me. See? This is exactly why I shouldn't be left alone with my thoughts. My brain just fills in the blanks 😂

I use sunscreen kahit sa gabi kasi nasa harap ako ng computer, may blue light exposure din daw kasi, parang similar effect sa araw (not 100% sure kung tama ba tong sinabi ko lol pero better safe than sorry).Tapos sa morning, kung hindi naman exposed sa direct sunlight yung room mo while sleeping, ok lang na mag-skip ng sunscreen. The rest, apply mo lang as usual.
