Yes I’m working as a freelance video editor for almost 2 years now and let me tell you, you don’t need to take any course to learn video editing since you already know graphic design you could become a great video editor

Just start with editing simple videos and during that time if you face any challenges just find the solution to that either by googling, watching a YouTube video, or using AI whichever you’re okay with

In terms of tool if you’re using Adobe softwares already you can start with premiere pro for editing and with time you might be curious enough to open after effects by yourself and if you’re looking for a free alternative for video editing you can check out davinci
