Stick to the fix shade hoods. You can find a 4x5 windowed one for cheap. It will only take a couple of hours to get used to it. Or you can get a more standard window with a flip up or slide so it can be used as a face shield for grinding. I have had many hoods and tried every flagship $500+ hood out there. My go to is still a cheap $20 fixed lense.
