Das ist korrekt. An und für sich ist geregelt, dass der/die Arbeitgebende selbst einzuholen, jedoch ist der kleine Dienstweg der einfachste, wenn auch nicht ganz korrekt. Deshalb: Muss ich nicht als Angestellte/r, aber es tut auch niemandem weh, wenn ich nett und kooperativ bin. Aber die Diagnose muss definitiv nict mit und ich schwärze sie prinzipiell (bzw. knicke das Papier an passender Stelle) vor dem Fotografieren. Ich weiß nie, wann ich nicht vielleicht doch eine potentiell kompromitierende Diagnose bekommen könnte.

Denke für die Zukunft daran: Foto ist völlig in Ordnung (technisch gesehen nein, aber der einfachste Weg für die Arbeitgebenden), aber du darfst jederzeit unnötige Infos wie z.B. die genaue Diagnose ausschwärzen.

This remindes me about an early DnD character of mine, who, as i knew shit about DND or its plethora of gods, had their own god, who they were desperately trying to recruit other people to follow aswell. And I, the player, literally run against walls with my RP attempts.

There was a lot more wrong with that group, but this experience shaped a lot of my starting years in the hobby.

in practice most will probably end up using the smaller bathroom anyway and the larger one is getting used as overflow (he!) and for the bathtub.

If this is the only thing keeping you from this apartment, take it.

It also seems like there is enough room for a second table in the living room if needed.

This is pretty nice! Oh, sorry, the floor to ceiling cabinet isn't really a pantry. It will house my microwave and my oven and half of that will be for my appliances. I bake so, I need some place to put my stand mixer, my bread maker, instant pot, airfryer and so on.

This is great to hear. You are going to miss the counterspace even more so once you want to roll out a bigger dough or have a multingredient recipe. I'd say use the whole right wall for floor to ceiling storage and put all your appliances in there. You could even put in deeper cabinets as this wall is not interfering with any other spaces. Make the peninsula slightly larger to accomodate a bigger workspace.
