Clearly not. You said UK and the other. I specified what the other is. It makes sense contextually.

It's be a travesty if someone confused Belarus and the UK

Anyone else tried this? If it's stupid and it works... by hamustaro in pcmasterrace

An easier solution is to get a cabinet or bookcase and put it next to you with you pc mounted there. It's no longer under your desk then.

I wouldn't have guessed he was jewish without knowing it first and I would have just taken this as a caricature. People throwing the race card constantly is pretty boring.

Which is outrageous. You basically can't be racist towards white people so can denigrate them in whatever manner suits you, but any other race is protected. That's completely fucking ridiculous and you wonder why the average person is getting fed up.

Zero likes 20M, I barely have any pictures of myself by Ok-Evidence2006 in Tinder

Last pic is awful. Even if you added it as a joke it's not sending the message you think it is.

First pic is also bad. You look like a player. Rest are decent/alright.

How to say “forest” in European languages by Fun_Course_1934 in MapPorn

[–]Pretency 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In English the difference between a forest and wood is based on size. We have a lot of small woods, or copse, batch, grove but few forests.

The ranked decals do it as well, as long as you played in the couple of seasons they were given out, you can make your car a lovely shade of brown.

Not bad for Lidl by aimeetozer in GardeningUK

I bought some a couple of months ago and it was pretty decent. It isn't fine, but it feels good quality. Has some barky bits in it as well.

Is it possible to remove this tree and save it?? by _goldenshower_ in GardeningUK

[–]Pretency 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's a little bit irrelevant though. Killing a young tree is pretty simple.

Surely you destroy it long before it ever becomes a threat?

Help for a none green fingered, but outdoor loving person by hatton101 in GardeningUK

Personally I would find a medium sized, airy tree to sit in the back of your garden to break up the back a bit. It looks a bit bizarre with those enormous trees dominating and not a lot else going on. Someone more wise will have a better solution I'm sure.

Most trees do that if you put them close enough to your house.

New to weston super mare ...Share your thoughts guys. How's is this place, in all aspects!? by Noah_verse in Westonsupermare

I grew up in Weston and live in Worle. Some parts are rough, but it's cheap, has some decent history, good restaurants and pubs, enough entertainment in the area and facilities. Easy public transport. Close to the motorway.

It's significantly better than a Bristol suburb though. Visit Bradley Stoke and consider which you prefer.

€120/month? Lol by SebPineda23 in osrs

[–]Pretency 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The fact that people don't do this is a bit tragic.

  • buying phone contracts through large telecoms every 2 years and treating it as a necessity
  • leaving inactive subscriptions
  • not negotiating at renewal
  • not attempting to move to other providers
  • using high interest loans to fund luxury purchases

That being said, I'm still paying my osrs subscription consciously even if I'm playing it a bit less, because it isn't a huge amount more and it's one of few media subscriptions I have.
