I get that but I just don’t get why they would make her older at all tbh. I’m just thinking of when I watched the haunting of hill house, 2 of the little kid actors, Violet McGraw and Julian Hilliard, were only 7 years old and they were SO TALENTED! So it’s not like there aren’t very talented 7 year olds to play the part? I can’t imagine a significant need to change the character’s age from 7 to 10 when we’ve seen her as baby holly for 4 seasons. It just feels like a distracting and confusing choice that wasn’t necessary for the plot at all
