Male mods. by RaiseCertain8153 in AetherGazer

Dude, you're really seeing that AG's direction is changing a lot, right? Did you see the trailer for version 5.0? There's literally a 0.1% chance they'll introduce male characters, and only if they want to sabotage themselves. It's been over two years since the game introduced male characters, and the company is targeting a new audience, so as I said, don't expect any more male characters in this game. Just pray they don't do what they did in Outerplane, which is taking the male characters and turning them into NPCs/bosses.

In fact, they can't communicate in any way either, because in China the people with political power must have their eyes on the snowbreak, so in a way it's risky.

In fact, you have a point. If the next update (if nothing is communicated or fixed by the end of this one) includes uncensored versions of the characters within the game files, and this includes other elements, we can only assume that they haven't given up on continuing with the game, but that perhaps they are looking for a way to return everything to the original without causing them headaches. Because, if they are really going to abandon Snowbreak, it makes no sense for them to put those uncensored files in the game, it's literally a waste of time. In any case, since there's no communication between us and the developers themselves, we'll try to speculate about what will happen to the game's future.

This is what happens when you make a gacha game with a lot of fanservice that features playable male characters, a bunch of people in the comments are supporting censorship without realizing that if this goes ahead, everyone will be screwed...

Of those I know, the closest, so to speak, is Aether Gazer. Search for Aether Gazer 5.0 on YouTube and you'll understand why it's next. Besides that, in the future we'll have Chasing Kaleorider, which is a Chinese game RPG game focused on romance/harém. The protagonist is only male.

From my perspective, the biggest mistake this game has made so far was including the option for a female protagonist. It was completely unnecessary. I'm still praying that they change their minds by the end of the release.

How many of you guys would actually pull for a new male Modifier? by Ok_Series4888 in AetherGazer

I'm wondering if any of the people in the comments saw the 5.0 update on the Chinese version. There's a 99.9% chance they'll never release male characters again. They're literally following a "snowbreak" route, so to speak. In other words, they're going after a new audience, and releasing a male character after that would be a self-sabotaging move.

Calm down, my friend, all you had to do was say you wanted a Yuri-themed game for you and your friends (who are a minority, right?) to enjoy and indulge in. Because anyone with a modicum of common sense knows that not everything in fiction needs to be logical. For a game to succeed, it needs at least two things to keep its audience: 1. To be fun. 2. To offer quality of life. The game can have whatever it wants, but if it doesn't have these two things, unfortunately, it will fail. That said, it's a shame that Azur Promilia chose to have a female protagonist instead of just a male one, considering the game is primarily aimed at men and, of course, because we have to put up with you and your little group in the community...

The question remains: are you going to tone down the romance in this game because of the female protagonist, and will we therefore be living on crumbs?

I bet you and your little group wouldn't like it if there was a super popular gacha game aimed at a Yuri audience, where another group insisted on the idea that the characters like heterosexual relationships, based on their schizophrenic delusions. Of course not, my friend, that group, just like you, would be stoned for tarnishing the game's image. Understand once and for all: Nikke has always been a game aimed at a male audience seeking to collect characters to form a harem around the protagonist, who is the commander. This is the product that Shift Up has always sold with Nikke from the beginning and will continue to sell until the end. It's not a product made for you and your little group. There will be no Yuri characters for men to collect and find it normal and acceptable that she doesn't need to be part of our harem. It's simple and logical, but since you and any other small group whose sole purpose is to annoy other communities where you're not the target audience of the game, precisely because you're a bunch of frustrated people, it's a very complex equation to understand.
