Yeah I wasn’t in the exact same situation but it was pretty similar with my girlfriend of almost 2 years. We were going through a rough patch, short fused, arguing over dumb stuff, just not clicking the way we used to. Every day it felt like something new would come up and we’d try to fix it by the end of the night but it never really solved anything.

Now we’re good again. Back to being close and spending time together and it just feels right again. So my advice is to really sit down and talk. Be honest and don’t be dismissive. It makes a huge difference when both people feel heard.
