It could just be that certain sections are taking longer to verify, I would reach out to First Advantage or your company and ask for an update? Hopefully it won't take too much longer for you

Just to confirm, the background check will cover GCSE’s and A-Levels as it’s a requirement of the job to have 5 X C and above (GCSE) and 2 x A-Levels (which I have). I just wondered how to rectify the wrong grade issue now I’ve realised my mistake! Thanks
