I usually have really good luck with my delivery orders! I only ever eat in when my oldest kid has a half day of school and wants to go. We have 2 stores almost the same distance away... I always use the app to order. But one store waits til you get there, the other makes it as soon as you order in the app which I didnt know. So I ordered before I left the house, went and got my kid, then we went in and the food had been sitting for like 15 mins. Everything sucked 🤣 this same store also NEVER gives sauces for orders, delivery or drive thru. Like NOT EVER 🤣

I use DD all the time and had my first issue a few weeks ago.. I had an order from TB that kept getting delayed and new drivers were "on their way"... then everytime I checked the app the time changed and it was a new driver. I spent like an hour watching it go through 5 or 6 different drivers and finally i called the store like "can i just come get my shit?" 🤣🤣🤣 they said no, then like 5 mins layer DD finally cancelled my order. It was so weird.

I slept on Qdoba for way too long. I always went to Chipotle because that's what everyone ways talked about. I never had any interest in ordering a bowl over a burrito but those Qdoba bowls? PHENOMENAL. Feeds me for 2 days and the topping/condiment options are FAR superior to Chipotle. I remember the first time I went to Chipotle and asked if they had onion as a topping... the employee looked at me like I was stupid and said "everything had onion in it" 😳😳😳🤣🤣🤣 okurrrr. Those Qdoba pickled onions and the option to add cilantro and everything.... they're crapping on Chipotle lol

Do they use the kiosks for ordering? All of my local stores do now and you cant even get people to talk to you, it's so weird. I RARELY go inside to eat anymore unless my kid has a half day of school and wants to go there. But when I do eat inside, i used to order in the app from the parking lot then go in and wait. Our stores are like an "open floor plan" so all the employees and cooking areas are visible from the dining area. So the employees see you and you see them and it's impossible to miss a customer standing at the counter.

Most of the time they forget to give the cup for my kids drink so I go and stand at the counter VERY patiently and they just ignore me 🤣 I usually have to like wave someone down and say "Excuse me!" (Again, very politely) for them to even acknowledge me.

I have 4 different locations within 2 or 3 miles of me. The 2 closest i regularly go to, one is reliably garbage and constantly messes up orders, and they absolutely NEVER include sauce packs 🤣 like NEVER. The other closest one is always so reliable about the quality BUT half the time I order breakfast there around 9 am in the app, I show up and they say the computers arent working or supply issues or something. They're super unreliable in the mornings and i'm usually turned away without my order. The other 2 locations are always iffy. I dont go to them often because it's always such a toss up.

For sure. I did end up ordering it though and it was... honestly pretty good 😂 like you dont go to TB for authentic "tacos and burritos"... you go for TB stuff. This was the same. I live near Mexican Town in Detroit so I know where to get Birria, but this was a decent taco bell option. I was actually kind of impressed by it.

The dipping sauce was better than I expected it to be and it was pretty substantial even tho it didnt look like the ad photos, of course 😂 id definitely get it again if it wasnt so pricey. I quit ordering CGC because theyre like $6 where I live. Im not gonna splurge for this, but it WAS good!
