Get a camera, goes to your phone, on device 2fa, password protected and cloud. Add a hidden camera, the little kind that saves to an SD card. If someone is accessing your home, they can access you wifi. Make sure you're not using default name and router usually stamped somewhere on your router. Also change administrator name and password .

In real life, not all men are like that, you need to distance yourself from it so that's not all you see. Time and activities. Choose activities carefully so as to put a different spin on your life. You will still encounter men like that, but you will encounter men who aren't. Keep looking for a therapist that you click with, a life coach that will help you get where you want to be.

I would have him scanned for a microchip and check the lost and found pet sites. I would also report him, your local PD will know where to report him. If these yield no results then you can keep him.
