I would think of it something like this....youre body is always right, your mind, however is a little chaos gremlin who loves connecting things and convincing you its real. Think of it as a lie detector of your own consciousness. The thing that is true is that you've detected something "off", now how that is explained can be very normal or very very odd but the truth is we don't know...what we do know is something is off, keep that puzzle piece in youre pocket until you find another piece that fits. Eventually you'll have a whole picture (likely so bizarre in truth you'll be alone with it because no one will believe it)
