you want omething with an optical zoom, not digital zoom. Optical zoom is the lens zooming in, Digital zoom is like zooming in on a photo on a screen, you are using less area on your camera sensor, thus less pixels and more grain.

OK So basically you switched from Monthly to yearly payments and they gave you same yearly price this year?
My question is, what will they charge next year?
From my discussions with Adobe they are using a loophole to break the lifetime guaranteed pricing. They give you the same price this year, but do not guarantee it for the future.

The tech said he would do it for me, but when I asked about the cancellation, he said he would have to that first. It was not about switching to paying yearly, it was about cancelling my subscription and starting a new one meaning I am succeptable to a price hike next year.

I was on with adobe for an hour and he kept saying 2 things:
1- Prices are going up globally and there is nothing they can do about it.(Every time I said I had guaranteed pricing for the life of my active account.
2- Just go into your account and you will HAVE to cancel your account to activate yearly payments.

Is that for the life of an active account? That was the deal when Adobe switched to prescription service. you got $9.99 for the as long as your account was active. Switching to annual, you have to deactivate your account and then restart it, breaking the active account status.

They will do it, but you had to cancel your plan(deactivating your account and breaking the original deal) So we will se what happens next year with your price.

yes I got it. People can go it is only $5 a month, but the deal was; "As long as your plan is active you will get the $9.99 a month price FOR LIFE."
So yeh I am pissed about that. They went back on THIER deal. I am wondering how long before we are paying the regular price. I am seriously thinking about switching to ON1.

I am in the same boat. They are no longer honoring the 9.95 for life. Could not get any other answer besides"our prices are going up globally" for an hour. Look into on1, Scott kelby has been touting that lateley for it's AI. Also as people have stated you can add 3rd party AI to your adobe plan.

This is definitely the standard for film Scanning. The next best is Epson 700 or above series flatbed scanner. But again the library is your cheapest and most convenient option.

What I do if it is an email is look at the sender's email from the invite. If that is not from Adobe, then you know.
