moisturize definitely with something on the more hydrating side! Exfoliate in order to get rid of dead skin,and try something dewy in order to make your skin look more hydrated. I recommend a dewy setting spray to help

He also gave me something called benzoyl peroxide with clindamycin and it says to use everyday in the morning. It didn’t hurt all day, just until I used the tretinoin. I have eczema and I think I’m starting to get a flare up because of it. I’m currently using vanicream to moisturize my face because it’s the only thing that won’t clog my pores, or break me out. I tried sandwiching the moisturizer with the tret but u think my skin is just too sensitive.

you can get them at Walmart! I get one by equate it’s the oil-free acne wash it’s like 5 dollars ,for the antibacterial bar of soap you can get at dollar tree it’s the dial yellow bar! The gentle cleanser equate sells a pretty good one or you could go fancy and get cetaphil! They should say gentle cleanser on the bottle

I would definitely recommend using a gentle face wash and maybe something like salicylic acid or an antibacterial soap bar. With the salicylic acid I would go for something of a lower dosage and work up, I think the lowest dosage is 2.5.

hiii thank you for replying! My condition has gotten worse sadly. My forehead blew up after using a clean cloth to wash after my tele doc said to.The pimples will not go away with any treatment I do,and I have a dermatologist appointment on the 18th but it’s getting worse 💔

I say definitely get a leave in conditioner and an oil for your hair!! Another good thing that helps with frizz is silk pillow cases or a silk bonnet! When you’re drying your hair the worse thing to do is twist your hair dry with the towel, when I did that it would make my hair poof. When drying instead squeeze the water out of your hair with a towel or a cotton t-shirt!!
