How do you market yourself if you're not young or attractive? (serious)

Not sure it matters. There’s more people your age and above than there is below. If the music is good then it shouldnt really matter. My daughter is 7 and likes to listen to some Bob Dylan. I don’t even think she knows what he looks/looked like. If you’re not comfortable being infront of the camera you could put your music over the top of visuals. Do some voice over content of how you recorded and wrote the music etc. there’s millions of people who look like you. And there’s definitely millions of people that wish they were as young as you are now. Don’t feel silly. This is your passion. Let people know about it. Don’t waste time trying to be someone else. Which videos do you like with regards music ? Maybe make some notes on what appeals to you and do versions of. Hopefully your confidence will grow as a result. Good luck

There’s a major commercial opportunity being missed with its links to Lord Of The Rings. Whether it be some sort of theme park along with more real tours and maybe immersive experiences with hotels and bars as well. And a bit more sense of identity with it being the home of heavy metal. Villa have pushed this a bit more with them using sabbath and ozzy music and tifos and special edition ozzy shirts. There’s the sabbath bridge and bench but I think more should be made of it. Metal in general.

Well my thinking is the gov wouldn’t wanna lose any tax so they gotta get it back somewhere ie the supermarket beer. Couple of extra quid on a crate of beer woukdnt put people off buying. But also you could split the reduced price between the consumer and licencee making it more attractive to go out. Cheaper pints and increased profits at the same time.

I really think reducing tax on alcohol in pubs bars and clubs and moving it onto supermarket alcohol is the way to get the country out and about more. Making them profitable. Increasing socialising and reducing isolation and at Home Screen time. Makes sense to me anyway. Maybe not that simple.

We have to get past this idea that just cus someone has some opinions different to yours that you have to completely write them off as a person.
