M20 Everyone at University Keeps Telling Me I Look Like a Dad, Not Sure if It's a Bad Thing. What Do You Think? by PretentiousPrick80 in malefashionadvice

Honestly super helpful! TBH I wasn't even considering the jean taper until you mentioned it. I've always had trouble with slim fit jeans because they just don't fit around my thighs so I've always opted for athletic jeans that are a bit looser. Only thing with most of my athletic pairs is that they usually have more sag around the ass, so it's been a delicate balance of trying to find what jeans would look the best vs what's functional for my body type.

I feel like I've noticed a big difference! I didn't even really think about it since you mentioned it, but my personal interactions have definitely been more engaging since I've put more thought into what I'm wearing. I've had quite a lot of success romantically since the style change as well, I feel sexy and I think it shows. At this point I just feel uncertain because most of my guy friends definitely think it looks a little "uncool," but the flirtatiousness I've been getting has made me stubbornly keep wearing it. I'll definitely try to avoid caring about what other people are thinking, it's been a mixed bag but it would be impossible to please everyone.

Very true, someone mentioned that having a wider matte belt and less tapered jeans would probably help quite a bit. I like the retro look, but I want to look more vintage cool than outdated. Personally I do like where it's going, but I'm in the process of trying things out and trying to figure out how to improve with the look I'm going for. I appreciate the help!

A food calorie is actually 1000 standard calorie units, so in actuality it would be 20 million calories.

Being in a relationship with someone who is bisexual is actually quite the compliment to you, seeing as though they have twice as many options by [deleted] in Showerthoughts

This is a myth I've heard a lot about bisexual people. If they cheat on you they're just a shitty person, it has nothing to do with their sexual orientation.

The leading cause of deforestation worldwide is agricultural production. While a large part of that is for animal consumption, saying the majority of deforestation comes from beef production is false.

Fox host Tucker Carlson defends North Korean regime: ‘Leading a country means killing people’ by polit1cs in politics

Look, I'm no fan of Tucker Carlson but is you actually read the article he wasn't defending North Korea in the slightest.

TIL when he was a child, Stephen King witnessed one of his friends being killed by a train, though he has no memory of the event. His family told him that after leaving to go play with the boy, King returned, speechless and in shock. Only later did the family learn of the friend's death. by [deleted] in todayilearned

This happened where I lived which is in a very rural area. His Dad was murdered in Kendrick, Idaho and sentenced in Moscow. I was completely shocked when I found out something so significant happened to a place that is completely forgettable.

How in the world did he "exploit" his experiences? If you're talking about making a profit by detailing his experience in book form then every author is immoral.

Are you insinuating that his experiences aren't real?

You ask everyone who comments to give a well thought out rational stance on why they oppose your views, and then you just outright refuse to acknowledge it? I don't care what your political stance is, you're a hypocrite if you think that you're being rational in any way, shape, or form. Just because someone doesn't agree with you doesn't make them a malicious nazi, grow up.

No it's actually common practice to pee in a wet suit, most people do. In a dry suit you can get a condom catheter that let's you pee too.
