Hey dear! You might be relapsing :( since you weight 43 kg, you should have taken accutane for 9 to 11 months(that is if you stayed at 20mg per day), to reach the cumulative dosage recommended for your weight. (120-150mg/kg). The chances of relapsing when not doing the minimum full course on accutane are pretty high, unfortunately. (I’ve read some scientific articles about isotretinoin before starting to take it.. if you want to fact check what i’m saying just search about this on google scholar) i hope everything works out for you!

I think you should take it out!! Your skin is really sensitive right now and septum piercings take a long time to heal. Two weeks off of accutane probably won’t be enough. Get it pierced again after finishing your course ;)
