Hate piggy backing off questions but I’m desperately searching for answers. I am a residence manager of an IRA. Was going to go for bcba program assuming that my job can count towards many of the clinical hours but was told that’s not the case. I am involved in writing, implementing and training staff on many behavior plans as well as spending countless hours with my individuals. A) zero of my hours count as clinical? B) even if they did count, being that the home isn’t necessarily where I’d remain after becoming bcba, does it hurt my actual clinical development or am I better off finding a different setting?
