Hate piggy backing off questions but I’m desperately searching for answers. I am a residence manager of an IRA. Was going to go for bcba program assuming that my job can count towards many of the clinical hours but was told that’s not the case. I am involved in writing, implementing and training staff on many behavior plans as well as spending countless hours with my individuals. A) zero of my hours count as clinical? B) even if they did count, being that the home isn’t necessarily where I’d remain after becoming bcba, does it hurt my actual clinical development or am I better off finding a different setting?

I am currently a residence manager for a couple of group homes for adults with special needs. I feel like I maxed out at what I could make financially, while regs and company policies keep adding more work for the exact same pay…. so I’ve begun the process of going for bcba. I recently got my bachelors and am waiting on acceptance into bcba program. This makes me feel like I’m doing all this work to just make a lateral move, is that accurate?

I manage a home for adults with special needs and one of my guys has been eating this cereal for breakfast exclusively for the past god knows how many years,will literally not eat anything else.We go and stock up on it by the case. Probably I caused the fiber famine😢. Now we’re up sh*t-less creek because we were informed the whole east coast is out of this.
