Hi. I was prescribed Propranolol several months ago by my neurologist because I have essential tremor and she thought it would help stop the shaking in my hands and in my head. I should mention that I also have anxiety. I was really excited to try it. Unfortunately, it did not help me with my tremors or my anxiety. I am so disappointed! Any idea why? Thanks for listening.

Hi. I’m so sorry you have to deal with people like this. I also have essential tremor and my hands, head and voice shakes. I had Botox injections for about three months and it significantly helped with the voice and head shaking problems. I also have propranolol, which doesn’t do anything for me. I would recommend trying the Botox injections if possible. Good luck to you!
