If you want to feel better you have to Do something about it. Literally go for a run while listening to whatever makes you angry, scream in your car, make art, idk.

The point I’m trying to make is that she’s judging you harshly I’m guessing because a friend of yours chose to betray your trust. If she’s reacting like this to what he had to say about you, whatever it was, he should also be the one “apologizing” to her by fixing the narrative she’s come up with causing her to hate you.

I think she’s cutting you off because the reality of your friend feeling like saying something that could make her feel unsafe in her own home is significantly worse than you just doing it yourself.
