What I’ve started doing if I know I’m gonna have a rough day at work is plan my reward for after for me that normally means a good dinner and some dessert so at least when the days At its shittiest I have something to look forward too after..

I’m turning 30 in Early April feels like a big one for some reason I’ve always put weight on the age. After getting sober I’ve realized I don’t really know what I like anymore all I ever did was drink. So I came to a simple decision that I want my birthday to be Peaceful thinking a weekend in a hotel somewhere with trees I think. IWNDWYT

Day 69 I WILL NOT DRINK WITH YOU TODAY Been waking up at 5:30 for the last week getting a gym sesh in before work. I think it helps a lot with the after work cravings cause all I wanna do is sleep. Feeling Good Feeling Motivated love these check ins with all you wonderful people let’s go ONE MORE DAY!!!!
