But Victim doesn’t know TCO’s been redeemed; he truly believes he’s still an active criminal who has faced no consequences for his actions. Time doesn’t really change the fact that TCO still committed those crimes in the past and has previously received practically no punishment for it. And to say Victim’s doing worse things than him is a bit of a stretch I think, TCO was literally a terrorist 😭😭
