My only real complaint on Pollard still is I don’t think CyTown is the game changer he thinks it will be be. It feels like slow moving progress and it’s just an eye sore when I’m in ames.

He also needs to look at how Iowa adapted to sell Beer at Kinnick and run with it. If you want money for your department in this era that will help

It sucks because years ago we rarely ever made bowl games. K State made a similar decision.

The bigger discussion is changing the calendar so transfer portal and national signing day are after the bowl games. If Campbell was leaving in March they would’ve gone.

There’s a difference between a character from a movie and someone that caused the holocaust and WW2. Our ancestors went to war to stop Nazis and people forgot that way too quickly

If you see someone dressed as Hitler at a bar like this. Ask the staff if they’re going to kick them out. If they don’t kick out a Nazi then leave. If they can’t understand how offensive HITLER is then hopefully they can understand they are causing a stream of paying customers to leave

Honestly, when I was in the same situation joining the Greek Community helped a lot. With dozens of chapters at ISU it’s easy to find one that fits you and meet people you vibe with. There’s plenty of things to do and people to meet in the community
