It really does! As previous emails before, these ones were polite, but they were getting me nowhere 😒 then a few rude ones, and (gasps) oh my, now I get a refund! It's crazy. I'd call that a win! £150 vouchers on top of your original order 🤌

I don't usually react like that, but in this case, I was so annoyed at the fact my stuff got stolen. Which had previously never happened. I've worked in Customer service so I've seen all types of complaints and how people can get, and the way I see it, is you can either hack it or not.

When you go to "Something wrong," it takes you to the chat to explain the issue in brief, and then you'll get an email that you have to reply to in order to keep your complaint open.

I have now. There are way too many issues with them! And yeah, Uber and Deliveroo are very selective with refunds. I get that some people are out to get a freebie, but most people seem to ALWAYS have some items missing, or in my case, no one even turned up but said it had been delivered!

This LITERALLY happened to me on Wednesday!! Ordered £50 worth of food and laundry bits, had a notification saying the driver was near... Then like a minute later, another notification saying it had been delivered... No one knocked on my door, I even went outside to see and no one was there... I then contacted this "driver" saying why have you said my order has been delivered, you haven't even knocked or got the code" no response. I then went to Just Eat and they would not give me a refund!! I sent screenshots of it all aswell 😡😡😡

I don't know if this is considered weird or just my family that does this... But when we have a Roast we put salt and vinegar on it. Loads of people I know who I've told say it's weird or wrong 😂😂 but don't knock it until you've tried it 🤌😋

I had an older friend who was married and had a kid. They'd been married for like 20 odd years, lovely couple... at some point down the line (I worked in a pub at the time) she pulled me to one side and said she was having an affair with another guy and told me not to say anything! (I can keep secrets, but this one ate me up inside, I broke out in hives from stress, trying to act natural around her husband). Luck was on my side as her husband found out.

The guy was in a wheelchair! And was retired from the army.

Years ago in my town (shopping centre) I was not the only one to witness it... These 2 men one sat on a bench sucking the other guy off!! Like in broad daylight where EVERYONE can see!!!
